No refunds for cancellations less than one week before sailing or for missed sails. Full refund if the operator cancels for bad weather or unsafe conditions.

Check in 30 minutes before departure. Your place may be given to someone else if you have not checked in 10 minutes before departure.
Bring a sweater or light jacket, as it is cooler on the water. Non-marking or white-soled shoes are recommended but not required. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks, and beverages, including beer or wine, if you like.
Yes. Schooner Surprise has a marine head (toilet) on board. Public restrooms are also near the ticket booth.
