- Drivers and the person making the reservation must be 21 or older.
- Passengers must be at least 10 years old.
- Bring a physical, valid driver's license if you are driving or made the reservation. License photos and learner's permits are not accepted.
- Bring a Visa or Mastercard credit card to present at check-in for liability purposes.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time. Arrivals after the tour starts are treated as no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or request changes at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund. No changes or refunds within 48 hours. Bookings made within 48 hours are final sale. Late arrivals, no-shows and tours missed due to cruise ship delays are nonrefundable. In severe weather (heavy rain, floods or storms), the operator can offer another date or a full refund.
