Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your trip for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. No refunds after leaving the dock for seasickness or rough seas. Deposits are refundable if the port closes because of weather. Full refund if the trip is canceled because of a boat issue.
