Know before you go
- Arrive 10 minutes before your reservation to gear up
- Wear comfortable clothing for the weather that can get wet
- Leave irreplaceable possessions ashore; personal belongings are not covered for loss, theft, or damage
- Limit each canoe side to 2 adults and 1 child, with no more than 750 lbs per side and 1,500 lbs total
- Keep paddlers evenly distributed between canoe sides and remain on the same side while on the water
- Ride with a parent or guardian if ages 3–12 or 35 lbs
- Have a parent or guardian accompany ages 13–15 on the water and sign a risk form for paddlers under 18
- Sign a risk form if age 18 or older
Cancellation Policy
Activities run rain or shine. If severe weather or water conditions shorten your rental by more than 30 minutes, receive a full refund or move your booking to a future date.
