Things to know
Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and a safety overview; late arrivals may lose time. Children 3–15 require an adult; ages 16+ may paddle solo with a guardian-signed waiver. Bookings after 2:30 PM are charged the 2-hour minimum and all gear is due back by 4:30 PM.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or lake conditions.
