Canyoneering Wetsuit Package Rental In Springdale

We rented Narrows gear (no tour). We chose this outfitter for it's proximity to our lodgings across the street (which surprisingly saved us 10%!). They were very helpful, efficient, informative and priced competitively, and their location allowed us to secure and return our gear easily. We rented the Narrows Trek dry bib set (waders, shoes, socks, walking stick), and all the pieces worked very well to keep us dry and on our feet (do NOT do the Narrows without a stick!). We were also very grateful for the sturdy shoes - they were exceptional in keeping us upright and not straining muscles. They also showed us a large map (which we took a photo of) that outlined the landmarks along The Narrows so we would have a general idea of how far along we were. I wish there were mile markers or signs in the Narrows to further help this awareness. The only feedback I'd give, is: 1)I did not have a secure place to put my phone. They do sell gear for that, but I was not thinking that far ahead when we tried on all our gear. I noticed during our trek that other dry bib brands provide a chest pocket - smart! 2) While we were able to learn how useful the walking stick can be to assess water depth, check your trajectory for obstacles, and lean on to keep balance, it would have been appreciated to have been told in advance how useful the walking stick truly can be for various reasons we hadn't sorted out yet! With much gratitude for the great service, gear and efficiency!
