Important details
- Ages 5+ only. Participants under 18 require an accompanying adult or guardian aged 25+.
- Drivers and reservation holders: ages 18+ only.
- Weight requirement: less than 320 lbs.
- Participation is not suitable during pregnancy or with major neck or back problems, severe allergies, or surgery within the past 3 months.
- Bring a valid passport. Drivers must also bring a valid driver's license for inspection at check-in.
- A $1,000 security hold on your credit card is required at rental pickup and is separate from the listed price. A US passport may be held as an alternative deposit.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Replenish all fuel used before returning the vehicle to avoid fuel fees.
- Wear closed-toe, water-friendly footwear. Flip-flops are not permitted.
- Sign the required waiver before participating.
- Switching drivers during the rental is not permitted.
- Use drive-up check-in. Keep your household together and maintain distance from other groups.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your rental deposit. Within 48 hours, the rental payment is non-refundable. With at least 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule your reservation for up to 3 months.
