- Arrive 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits
- EPA regulations require the deceased's full legal name
- A mailing address is required for delivery of the ceremony certificate
- Additional ceremony certificate copies cost $25 each and are not included in the listed price
- Adults 21+ may bring reasonable amounts of canned beer and wine; hard alcohol is not allowed
- Trips may operate in overcast conditions, light fog, and intermittent sprinkles; the captain makes weather cancellation decisions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days ahead for a full refund. Cancellations 48 hours to 7 days before departure are charged 50%; cancellations 48 hours or less and no-shows are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
