- Complete a liability waiver before operating the boat
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Boater Safety Course certificate and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission boating card
- A security deposit applies at pickup and may be paid in cash or held on a credit card
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; refueling and service charges apply otherwise
- For rentals of 2 or more days, delivery and orientation are mandatory and delivery is limited to Cape Coral
- A $200 delivery and orientation fee applies to rentals of 2 or more days and is not included in the listed price
- A 6.5% sales tax applies and is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
100% refund more than 60 days before the rental period. 80% refund 30–59 days before. No refund less than 30 days before. Full refund for cancellations due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. No refunds for bad-weather cancellations except hurricanes.
