- Renters must be 25 or older; operators must be at least 21
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need approved boating safety certification and photo ID, unless an eligible exempt operator is onboard and responsible
- Wear the provided engine cut-off switch lanyard whenever operating above idle speed
- Complete the Cape Family Boat Rental waiver before pickup
- Ensure the booking name matches the renter signing the rental contract
- Return the boat full of fuel or pay a $225 one-day or $325 multi-day refueling charge
- Late returns incur a $100 fee for each additional 30 minutes

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for customer cancellations. No-shows, cancellations within 48 hours, day-of cancellations, and late arrivals are charged the full rental fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
