Important details
- Anyone operating the boat who was born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a boating safety course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at handover and may be held in cash or on a credit card for the rental period
- Included insurance carries a $1,000 deductible
- The listed price excludes 6.5% sales tax and fuel costs
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, fuel is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- Optional delivery is available only to properties in Cape Coral and carries a service fee not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel over 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; under 60 days for an 80% refund. No refund under 30 days. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to a hurricane or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations due to bad weather are not accepted.

FAQs
The operator will try to provide a replacement boat as quickly as possible. If no replacement is available, you receive a prorated refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat must be towed back to the docks.
