Know before you go
- Guests born on or after January 1, 1988 need a boating safety course and an FWC-issued Boating Safety Education Identification Card to operate a motorboat with 10 or more HP.
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at boat handover by cash or credit-card hold.
- Insurance is included with a $1,000 deductible.
- Sales tax of 6.5% and fuel are additional charges.
- Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon charge and $100 service fee apply.
- Provide the total number of passengers and the number of children under 40 kg for proper life jackets.
- Choose at checkout whether to add the optional damage waiver.
- Optional delivery is available only within Cape Coral for a service fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 60 or more days before rental for a 90% refund. Cancel 30–59 days before rental for an 80% refund; no refund for cancellations fewer than 30 days before rental. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to hurricanes or unforeseen circumstances such as boat damage. Weather-related cancellation requests are not accepted.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide a replacement boat as quickly as possible. If no replacement is available, you receive a prorated refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat must be towed back to the docks.
