Know before you go
- Delivery is available only in Cape Coral
- A mandatory delivery and orientation fee of $200 applies to rentals of two or more days
- Complete the required waiver at checkout
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Boater Safety Course certificate and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required for the rental; it may be paid in cash or held on a credit card
- Pay a 6.5% sales tax and the cost of gasoline in addition to the listed rental price
- Return the boat fully refueled or pay $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- Provide the number of children under 90 pounds in your group so appropriate life jackets can be provided

Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before rental: 100% refund. Less than 60 days: 80% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Receive a full refund for hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded except for hurricanes.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow coverage includes towing back to the docks at no additional cost.
