- Delivery is available only within Cape Coral
- Expect a mandatory $200 delivery and orientation fee not included in the listed price
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at delivery, payable in cash or as a credit-card hold for the rental period
- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, operating this boat requires a Boater Safety Course and Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Expect gasoline costs in addition to the listed price and a 6.5% sales tax
- Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, gasoline is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- Insurance is included with a $1,000 deductible

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before your rental for a 100% refund. Cancel 30–59 days before for an 80% refund. No refund within 30 days. Receive a full refund if cancelled due to a hurricane or an unexpected event such as boat damage.
