- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, a completed boating safety course and Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission) are required to operate this boat
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup by cash or credit-card hold for the rental period
- Comprehensive insurance has a $1,000 deductible
- A 6.5% sales tax and gasoline are not included in the listed price
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or fuel is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- For rentals of two or more days, mandatory Cape Coral delivery and orientation carry a $200 fee not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
100% refund more than 60 days before rental. 80% refund 30–60 days before rental; no refund less than 30 days before rental. Full refund for cancellations due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded except for hurricanes.
