Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; 30–60 days before rental for an 80% refund. Under 30 days, no refund is guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel or access issues, shortened rentals, or unused time. If canceled due to mechanical issues or damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.

Yes. A security deposit is required when you pick up your boat rental. You may pay it in cash or authorize a credit-card hold for the rental period.
