- A mandatory $250 boat delivery and instruction fee and $30 Seatow insurance fee apply; neither is included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund or 30–60 days before rental for an 80% refund. Under 30 days, no refund is guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel issues, access problems, storms, hurricanes, shortened rentals, or unused time. If the provider cancels due to mechanical issues or damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.
FAQs
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, operating this 250 HP boat requires successful completion of a boating safety course and a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
If a mechanical problem occurs during your rental, a replacement boat will be provided if one is available. If no replacement is available, you may receive a partial refund.
