- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a completed Boater Safety Course and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Mandatory delivery and orientation are available only in Cape Coral; the $200 fee is not included in the listed price
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at delivery and can be held in cash or on a credit card
- Expect 6.5% sales tax and gasoline costs in addition to the listed price
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or a $7-per-gallon refueling charge plus a $100 service fee applies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a 100% refund; less than 60 days for an 80% refund; less than 30 days for no refund. Receive a full refund if the booking is canceled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded, except for hurricanes.
