- A mandatory $200 delivery and orientation fee applies to rentals of two or more days
- A 6.5% sales tax applies and fuel is not included
- Return the boat fully refueled or pay $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup by cash or credit-card hold
- Included comprehensive insurance has a $1,000 deductible
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a boating safety course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
- Complete the waiver at checkout and provide your total passenger count, including children under 90 pounds

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a 100% refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund. Cancel less than 30 days before for no refund. Receive a full refund for cancellations due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Cancellations due to bad weather, except hurricanes, are not refunded.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat needs to be towed back to the docks.
