Know before you go
- Up to 12 passengers are allowed; a maximum of 10 is recommended for comfort
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a boating safety course and hold an FWC Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Provide the total number of passengers and the number of children under 40 kilograms in your group
- Leave a $1,000 security deposit at handover by cash or credit card hold
- Insurance has a $1,000 deductible
- Pay 6.5% sales tax and fuel costs in addition to the listed price
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or pay $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- Optional delivery is available only within Cape Coral and has a service charge; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- A damage waiver is available to add at booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental start for a 90% refund; less than 60 days for an 80% refund; less than 30 days is nonrefundable. Receive a full refund if the provider cancels due to hurricanes or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations due to bad weather are not accepted.

The provider will try to provide a replacement boat as soon as possible. If none is available, you receive a prorated refund.
Your rental includes SeaTow towing coverage, so towing the boat back to the provider’s docks does not cost you extra.
