- Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates the boat needs a boating safety course completion and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at handover and may be paid in cash or held on a credit card
- Comprehensive insurance is included with a $1,000 deductible
- Fuel is not included in the listed price, and sales tax of 6.5% applies
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon charge plus a $100 service fee applies
- Property delivery is available only within Cape Coral for an additional service fee

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund; less than 30 days before, no refund. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to hurricanes or unforeseen circumstances, such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not accepted.
