- Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, a US$7-per-gallon charge and US$100 service fee apply
- Optional delivery to a vacation property is available only in Cape Coral, and an additional service fee applies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; less than 60 days for 80%; less than 30 days receives no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels because of hurricanes or unforeseen circumstances, such as boat damage. Cancellations due to bad weather aren't accepted.
