- A Boater Safety Card is required for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988
- Children 12 and under must wear a personal flotation device while the boat is underway
- Stay within the permitted rental area, including the Intracoastal Waterway north to Sanibel, Captiva, North Captiva, Cayo Costa, and Cabbage Key
- Do not enter the Caloosahatchee River beyond Cape Coral Bridge, Matlacha, the Gulf of Mexico, or waters south to Lovers Key
- Expect tax and fuel charges in addition to the listed price; fuel used is topped off upon return
- Return half-day rentals by the reservation end time and full-day or multi-day rentals by 4:00 PM; a $75 late fee applies per 30-minute interval

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
