Know before you go
- Complete the required waiver
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Boater Safety Course and an FWC Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,400 security deposit is required at pickup; it may be provided by cash or a credit card hold
- Comprehensive insurance has a $1,400 deductible
- Pay 6.5% sales tax and fuel in addition to the rental price
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or pay $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee
- For rentals of two or more days, a mandatory $200 delivery and orientation fee applies; delivery is available only in Cape Coral

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 100% refund when you cancel more than 60 days before the rental, or an 80% refund less than 60 days before. No refund less than 30 days before. Receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide another boat quickly. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. Towing back to the docks is covered by SeaTow.
During booking, provide the number of children in your group who weigh under 90 pounds.
