- A 6.5% sales tax applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gasoline is not included in the listed price; return the boat with a full tank or expect a $7-per-gallon charge plus a $100 service fee
- Delivery to vacation homes is limited to the Cape Coral area and carries an additional service charge not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund when you cancel more than 60 days before the rental period, or an 80% refund when you cancel 30–59 days before. No refund within 30 days. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund. Bad-weather cancellations are not refundable.
