- Maximum capacity is 15 passengers
- Guests born on or after January 1, 1988 need a boater safety course and Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Pay a $1,000 security deposit at pickup by cash or credit card hold
- Gasoline is paid by the customer, and the boat must be returned with a full tank
- Unfilled returns are charged $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- A 6.5% sales tax applies
- Cape Coral property delivery has an additional service charge; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Comprehensive insurance carries a $1,000 deductible

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund when you cancel more than 60 days before the rental period, or an 80% refund 30–60 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, you will receive a replacement boat or full refund. Bad-weather cancellations are not refundable.
