Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; 30–60 days for 80%. Less than 30 days, no refund is guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel or access issues, storms or hurricanes, shortened rentals, or unused time. If cancelled due to mechanical issues or damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.

If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete a Boater Safety Course and carry a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to operate a motorboat with 10 horsepower or more.
Yes. Your boat rental requires a $1,000 security deposit at pickup, held for the rental period.
You must fully refuel before returning the boat. Otherwise, you will be charged $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee. Gasoline is your responsibility.
