Know before you go
- Boat delivery has a mandatory $200 fee, including pickup
- Delivery is limited to vacation homes within 20 miles of Cape Coral with a boat dock and Gulf Canal System access
- Provide the total passenger count and the number of children under 90 pounds for life jackets
- Delivery typically takes place between 9:00 and 10:00 AM on the first day
- Return the boat to your dock by 4:30 PM on the final rental day
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; late returns may incur additional charges, so clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; 30–60 days for an 80% refund; under 30 days, no refund is guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies. If your spot is rebooked under 30 days, you may receive up to an 80% refund. No refunds for weather, travel, access issues, shortened rentals, or unused time. Provider cancellations due to mechanical issues or damage receive a replacement boat or full refund.

Yes. Your boat rental requires a $1,000 security deposit at pickup, held for the rental period.
You must fully refuel before returning the boat. Otherwise, you will be charged $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee. Gasoline is your responsibility.
