Important details

• Drivers must be ages 21+ and hold a valid driver's license
• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1991 require a Florida Boating Safety Identification Card
• Refuel the boat to its starting fuel level before return
• Stay within inner coastal waters, no farther than 15 miles from shore
• Night driving and driving in bad weather or high winds are prohibited
• Pets, towing other boats, and watersports including tubing and wakeboarding are prohibited
• Skippers may not consume alcohol while operating the boat
• Bring life jackets for infants and children up to age 3
• A $1,500 security deposit applies; damage deductibles are $1,200 for the boat and $2,500 for third-party damage
• Expect an additional charge for extreme cleaning or salvage; salvage caused by rocks, coral, reefs, or obstructions is $250 per foot of boat length
