Know before you go
- Complete the Wherewolf waiver before your rental
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Boater Safety Course and Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Provide the number of children under 90 pounds in your group for appropriate life jackets
- A $1,200 security deposit is required at pickup by cash or credit-card hold
- Insurance is included and has a $1,200 deductible
- Fuel is not included, and a 6.5% sales tax applies
- Return the boat fully refueled or pay $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee
- Rentals of two or more days require delivery and orientation, with a $200 fee; delivery is only available in Cape Coral

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 100% refund when you cancel more than 60 days before the rental period, or an 80% refund less than 60 days before. No refund less than 30 days before. Receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled due to a hurricane, other unexpected events, or boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded except for hurricanes.
FAQs
If your Robalo rental has a mechanical problem, the operator will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included.
