- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a completed Boater Safety Course and a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup, payable by cash or credit-card hold
- Comprehensive insurance carries a $1,000 deductible
- Gasoline and 6.5% sales tax are not included in the listed price
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, gasoline is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- For rentals of 2 or more days, delivery and orientation are mandatory in Cape Coral; the $200 fee is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 60 days before the rental period; 80% refund 30–60 days before; no refund less than 30 days before. Full refund if cancelled due to a hurricane or unexpected event such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellation requests are not refunded except for hurricanes.
