- A mandatory $200 delivery and orientation fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- A waiver is required
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a completed Boater Safety Course and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at delivery, by cash or credit-card hold
- Included insurance has a $1,000 deductible
- Gasoline is not included in the listed price, and a 6.5% sales tax applies
- Return the boat with a full tank or a $7-per-gallon refueling charge plus a $100 service fee applies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a full refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund; less than 30 days before, no refund. Full refund if cancelled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations, except hurricanes, are not refunded.

The operator will try to provide another boat promptly. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included, so towing back to the docks has no additional cost.
