Know before you go
- Complete the required waiver
- Complete the mandatory orientation; a $200 delivery and orientation fee applies
- Provide a Cape Coral delivery point; delivery is available only within Cape Coral
- Pay a security deposit at pickup by cash or credit-card hold; clarify the required amount with Greetwell before booking
- Complete a Boater Safety Course and hold a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card if born on or after January 1, 1988
- Pay gasoline costs and 6.5% sales tax
- Refuel the boat fully before return; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon fuel charge plus a service fee applies
- Report children under 90 pounds in your group so appropriate life jackets can be provided

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a full refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund; less than 30 days before, no refund. Receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded except for hurricanes.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide another boat promptly. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included, so towing back to the docks has no additional cost.
