Important details
- Drivers must be age 21 or older and hold a valid driver’s license
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1991 require a Florida Boating Safety Identification Card
- Bring life jackets for infants and children up to age 3
- Stay in inner coastal waters and no farther than 15 miles from shore
- Return the boat refueled to the same level as at rental start
- Do not operate at night, in bad weather, or in high winds
- Do not bring pets, tow other boats, or allow alcohol consumption by the skipper
- Do not water-ski, wakeboard, tube, kneeboard, or use banana boats
- Return the boat clean; an additional fee applies for extremely dirty returns
- A $1,500 security deposit applies and is not included in the listed price
- Expect extra salvage charges of $250 per foot of boat length when salvage is needed

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before arrival incur a $150 fee, with the remainder of the prepaid deposit refunded. Within 30 days, the 30% deposit is retained. No refund is granted for cancellation or early departure due to adverse weather.

FAQs
For your boat rental, delivery is approximately 9am and pickup is approximately 4pm.
Only the person who signs the rental agreement may operate the boat.
If a mechanical issue cannot be remedied promptly and significantly restricts use, a replacement boat may be provided. If no replacement is available, lost rental days are refunded on a prorated basis.
