Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before rental: 90% refund. 30–60 days: 80% refund. Under 30 days: no refund guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel issues, access problems, shortened rentals, or unused time. If cancelled due to mechanical issues or damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.

Yes. Pay a $1,000 security deposit when you pick up the boat. You can pay in cash or place a credit card hold for the rental period.
Refuel before returning your boat rental. If you do not, you will be charged $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee.
