Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; 30–60 days for an 80% refund. Under 30 days, no refund is guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Weather, travel, access issues, storms, and hurricanes are nonrefundable. If cancelled due to mechanical issues or damage, a replacement boat or full refund is provided.

If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete a Boater Safety Course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to operate this boat rental.
Yes. You must provide a security deposit when you pick up the boat, either in cash or as a credit-card hold for the rental period.
The provider will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund.
