- Expect typical first-day delivery between 9:00 and 10:00 AM
- Return the boat to your dock with a full fuel tank by 4:30 PM on the final rental day
- Late returns may result in additional charges; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Pay mandatory Boat Delivery & Instruction fees of $250 and Seatow Insurance of $30
- Provide the total passenger count and the number of children under 90 pounds for life jackets

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund, or 30–60 days before for an 80% refund. Under 30 days, no refund is guaranteed; if rebooked, you may receive up to an 80% refund. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel or access issues, early returns, or unused time. Provider mechanical issues or damage: replacement boat or full refund.

If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete a Boater Safety Course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to operate this boat rental.
Yes. You must provide a security deposit when you pick up the boat, either in cash or as a credit-card hold for the rental period.
The provider will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund.
