- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a completed Boater Safety Course and Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Complete the required waiver before operating the boat
- Rentals of 2 or more days require Cape Coral delivery, a mandatory orientation, and a $200 delivery and orientation fee not included in the listed price
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup, payable in cash or as a credit-card hold
- Included comprehensive insurance carries a $1,000 deductible
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon fuel charge plus a $100 service fee applies
- Gasoline is not included in the listed price, and a 6.5% sales tax applies

Cancellation Policy
100% refund more than 60 days before the rental period. 80% refund less than 60 days before; no refund less than 30 days before. Full refund if cancelled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations, except hurricanes, are not refunded.
