- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a completed boater safety course and an FWC Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $2,500 security deposit is required at pickup, payable by cash or credit-card hold for the rental period
- The listed price does not include 6.5% sales tax or gasoline
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon fuel charge plus a $100 service fee applies
- Boat delivery to a vacation property in the Cape Coral area is available for an additional service charge
- Insurance coverage carries a $1,000 deductible

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a 90% refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before. Bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances are not refundable. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.
