- A Boating Safety Education ID Card is required to operate in Florida if you were born on or after January 1, 1988
- A refundable $1,400 security deposit is held on your credit card on the day of check-in or the day before
- Return the boat with a full tank of fuel
- If the boat is not refueled, used gasoline costs $7 per gallon plus an $80 fee; these charges are not included in the listed price
- A cleaning fee applies if the boat is returned excessively dirty
- A $100 cleaning fee applies for the onboard toilet
