Important details
- A completed Boater Safety Course and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Boating Safety Education Identification Card are required if you were born on or after January 1, 1988
- A $2,000 security deposit is required at pickup, payable in cash or as a credit-card hold
- A $2,000 insurance deductible applies
- Expect 6.5% sales tax and gasoline costs in addition to the listed price
- Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, gasoline is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee
- For rentals of 2 or more days, a mandatory $200 delivery and orientation fee is not included in the listed price; delivery is limited to Cape Coral
- A waiver is required
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund more than 60 days before the rental period; 80% refund less than 60 days before; no refund less than 30 days before. Full refund if canceled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded except for hurricanes.

FAQs
The operator will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat needs to be towed back to the docks.
