- Complete the required waiver at checkout
- Provide the number of children in your group who weigh under 90 pounds for life jacket sizing
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Boater Safety Course and a Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $2,000 security deposit is due at pickup and may be paid in cash or held on a credit card
- Comprehensive insurance has a $2,000 deductible
- A 6.5% sales tax applies, and you are responsible for gasoline
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or pay $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee
- For rentals of two or more days, a $200 delivery and mandatory orientation fee applies; delivery is available only in Cape Coral
- Pickup location varies by boatlift and is confirmed for your rental

Cancellation Policy
Get a 100% refund more than 60 days before rental, 80% refund 30–59 days before rental, and no refund within 30 days. Receive a full refund if the booking is canceled due to a hurricane or unexpected event such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations, except hurricanes, are not refunded.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide another boat. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat needs to be towed back to the docks.
