Important details
- Drivers must be 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1991 need a Florida Boating Safety Identification Card
- Stay within inner coastal waters and no farther than 15 miles from shore
- Return the boat refueled to the same level as at pickup
- Do not operate at night, in bad weather or high winds, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Do not bring pets or tow other boats
- Water-skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, kneeboarding, and banana boats are prohibited
- Ensure non-swimmers wear life jackets, and bring life jackets for infants and children up to age 3
- A $1,500 damage deposit applies; insurance deductibles are $1,200 for boat damage and $2,500 for third-party damage
- Expect extra salvage charges of $250 per foot of vessel length for rocks, coral, reefs, or other obstructions
- You are responsible for damage not covered by insurance, including damage to the propeller, technical equipment, and upholstery

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations at least 30 days before arrival incur a $150 fee, and the remainder of the prepaid deposit is refunded. Within 30 days, the 30% deposit is retained. No refunds are granted for shortened rentals, early departure, or weather-related cancellations.

FAQs
The Regal 29 OBX has capacity for up to 13 passengers.
Only the agreement signatory may operate the boat.
If a mechanical problem significantly restricts use and cannot be remedied promptly, a replacement boat may be provided. If no replacement is available, lost rental days are refunded on a prorated basis.
