- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a boater safety course and a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Optional delivery to Cape Coral vacation homes carries an additional service charge not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; less than 60 days for an 80% refund; less than 30 days receives no refund. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund. Bad-weather and unforeseen-circumstance cancellations are not refunded.
