Important details
- A valid driver's license and age 21+ are required to operate the boat
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1991 need a Florida Boating Safety Identification Card
- Return the boat refueled to the same level as when rented
- Stay within inner coastal waters no more than 15 miles from shore
- Do not operate at night, in bad weather or high winds, or while under alcohol or drugs
- Do not bring pets, tow or recover other boats, or use watersports equipment such as skis, tubes or wakeboards
- Bring your own life jackets for infants and children age 3 and under
- Ensure non-swimmers, especially children under 8, wear life jackets while aboard
- Expect a $1,500 security deposit and potential liability for damage beyond that amount
- Expect insurance deductibles of $1,200 for boat damage and $2,500 for third-party damage
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 10 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before arrival for a refund of the prepaid deposit minus $150. Within 30 days, the 30% deposit is retained. No refunds for early departure or cancellation due to adverse weather, including high winds, storms, hurricanes, floods, or natural disasters.

FAQs
Only the rental agreement signatory may operate the boat.
If a mechanical problem cannot be promptly resolved and significantly limits use, a replacement boat may be provided. If no replacement is available, lost rental days are refunded on a prorated basis.
