- Drive only if you are 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license
- Carry a Florida Boating Safety Identification Card if born on or after January 1, 1991
- Stay within inner coastal waters no more than 15 miles from shore
- Return the boat refueled to the same level as at rental start
- Avoid night driving, bad weather or high winds, pets, skipper alcohol use, towing, and watersports
- Bring life jackets for infants and children up to age 3
- Accept responsibility for damage, including $1,200 boat and $2,500 third-party insurance deductibles

Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before arrival for a refund of the prepaid deposit minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before rental forfeit the 30% deposit. No refunds for shortened rentals, early departure, or weather-related cancellations.
