Important details
- Delivery and pickup are available at boating docks within 20 miles of Cape Coral
- Expect approximate delivery at 9am and pickup at 4pm
- Ages 21+ only; a valid driver's license is required to operate
- A Florida Boating Safety Identification Card is required if you were born on or after January 1, 1991
- Stay within inland coastal waters no farther than 15 miles from shore
- Refuel the boat to the same level as when rented
- Bring your own life jackets for infants and children up to age 3
- Avoid night driving, bad weather or high winds, pets, and alcohol use by the skipper
- Do not water-ski, wakeboard, tube, use knee boards, or use banana boats
- A $1,500 damage deposit applies; insurance deductibles are $1,200 for boat damage and $2,500 for third-party damage
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 13 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before arrival for a $150 cancellation fee; the remainder of the prepaid deposit is refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days before rental, the 30% deposit is retained. No refund for shortened rentals, early departure, or cancellation due to adverse weather or natural disasters.

Only the rental-agreement signatory may operate the boat.
Charges not included in the listed price may apply for an extremely dirty return, based on the boat's condition. Salvage caused by rocks, coral, reefs, or other obstructions is billed extra at $250 per foot of vessel length, depending on the equipment needed and salvage complexity.
The propeller, technical equipment, and upholstery are excluded from insurance. You are responsible for damage not covered by insurance, including damage caused by intent or negligence.
