- Renters must be ages 21+
- Anyone born after Jan. 1, 1988, needs a Boating Safety Education ID Card to operate the boat in Florida
- A refundable $1,400 security deposit hold is required on your credit card at check-in or the day before
- Refuel the boat before return; fuel is not included in the listed price
- If you do not refuel, a $7-per-gallon fuel charge plus an $80 fee applies
- A cleaning fee may apply if the boat is returned excessively dirty

Receive a 100% refund when canceling more than 60 days before the rental period. Receive an 80% refund when canceling less than 60 days before the rental period. No refund is available when canceling less than 20 days before the rental period.
