- Guests born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Boater Safety Course and Boating Safety Education Identification Card to operate this boat
- Complete the required waiver before your rental
- Provide the number of children under 90 pounds in your group for the appropriate life jackets
- Two-or-more-day rentals require delivery and orientation in Cape Coral, with a mandatory $200 fee
- A 6.5% sales tax applies, and fuel is paid by the customer
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or pay $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a full refund; less than 60 days for 80%; less than 30 days receives no refund. Full refund if canceled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations, except hurricanes, are not refundable.
