- Prior boating experience is required for all drivers, including docking, anchoring, chart reading, and waterway rules
- All drivers need a valid driver's license and government-issued ID showing date of birth
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 need a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA)-approved boating license
- A major credit card is required
- Nighttime boating and unauthorized boat use are prohibited; either incurs an extra full daily rate not included in the listed price
- A 20% gratuity late fee applies for every 15 minutes after 5 PM and is not included in the listed price
- Damage and excessive cleaning fees may apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel single weekday reservations at least 24 hours in advance; holidays and weekends require 48 hours, and multi-day rentals require 5 days before pickup. Late cancellations incur 50% of the reservation rate; no-shows incur the full daily rate. Cancel or reschedule free for small craft advisories or high threats of severe weather for coastal waters.
