Know before you go
- Complete the required Wherewolf waiver
- Guests born on or after January 1, 1988 need a boating safety course and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card to operate this boat
- A $1,400 security deposit is required at pickup
- Pay a 6.5% sales tax and the cost of gasoline in addition to the listed price
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank or pay $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee
- For rentals of two or more days, delivery is available only in Cape Coral and requires a mandatory orientation; a $200 delivery and orientation fee applies if not selected at booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a 100% refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund; less than 30 days before, no refund. Receive a full refund if cancelled due to hurricanes or boat damage. Bad-weather cancellations, except hurricanes, are not refunded.

When booking, provide the number of children under 90 pounds so the right life jackets can be prepared.
If your pontoon rental has a mechanical problem, the operator will try to provide another boat quickly. If no replacement is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included.
