Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before rental: 90% refund. 30–60 days: 80% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund guaranteed; if the spot is rebooked, you may receive up to an 80% refund. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel issues, access problems, shortened rentals, or unused time. If cancelled due to mechanical issues or damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund.

If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete a Boater Safety Course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to operate this 150 HP pontoon.
Yes. A $1,000 security deposit is required for the rental period.
Yes. Fuel is your responsibility, and you must return your boat rental with a full tank. If it is not fully refueled, a $7-per-gallon charge plus a $100 service fee applies.
