Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; 30–60 days for an 80% refund. Under 30 days, no refund is guaranteed. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds for weather, travel, access issues, storms, or hurricanes. Provider cancellation due to mechanical issues or damage: replacement boat or full refund.
FAQs
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete a Boater Safety Course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to operate this 150 HP pontoon.
Yes. A $1,000 security deposit is required for the rental period.
Yes. Fuel is your responsibility, and you must return your boat rental with a full tank. If it is not fully refueled, a $7-per-gallon charge plus a $100 service fee applies.
