- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a completed boater safety course and a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental for a 90% refund; less than 60 days for an 80% refund; less than 30 days: no refund. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, receive a replacement boat or full refund. Bad-weather and unforeseen-circumstance cancellations are not refunded.
