Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure and check in at the ferry terminal
- Ages 5–17 require accompaniment by an adult

- Boarding requires ascending 2–4 steps; changing tides can make the dock steep
- Use terminal restrooms before boarding; the onboard restroom is for emergencies and requires descending a ladder
- Keep beverage containers closed while boarding and take all belongings with you when you leave

Changing tides can make the dock steep, and boarding requires ascending 2–4 steps. Crew may be able to assist with some accommodations, including lifting wheelchairs. The onboard restroom is not accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); use the terminal facilities before boarding.
