Important details
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure and check in inside the ferry terminal
- Walk to the dock as a group with a crew escort about 15 minutes before departure
- Ages 5–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Requires navigating 2–4 boarding steps; the dock route may include steep gangways and wheelchair or walker access is not available
- Service animals only; pets and comfort animals are not permitted
- Leave strollers behind and do not smoke onboard
- Keep beverage containers closed while boarding and take all belongings with you when you leave
- Use terminal restrooms before boarding; the onboard restroom is for emergencies only and requires descending a ladder

Sails run rain or shine. No refunds for no-shows or missed sails. If the operator cancels because conditions are unsafe, you may rebook for another sail or receive a refund.
