Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ages 8+ only
- Children ages 8–12 require an adult in the enclosure at all times
- Complete and bring a waiver for each participant
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Sanitize your hands and use the shoe foot bath before and after the encounter
- Remain seated during the encounter and leave bags outside the enclosure

Cancellations are non-refundable. If Global Wildlife Center cancels the encounter due to weather, you will receive a refund.
