Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ages 8+ only; ages 8–12 require an adult in the enclosure at all times
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Complete the Animal Encounter Waiver for each participant before check-in
- Sanitize your hands and use the foot bath for your shoes before and after the encounter
- Leave bags and personal items outside the enclosure
- Remain seated on the bench during the encounter
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are non-refundable. Encounters continue in light rain. If the encounter is canceled by Global Wildlife Center due to lightning or heavy rain, you will receive a refund.
