- Rentals are available to adults ages 18+ only.
- Minors may use the bikes only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present and sign the waiver.
- Wear closed-toe footwear.
- Delivery is not available inside national parks. The closest delivery location to Moose is the town of Jackson.
- For multi-day rentals, your first booked day counts as day one, even if you start in the afternoon.
- Return your bike by 7pm on the final day of your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 72 hours before your rental incur a fee of 50% of the full amount paid; less than 24 hours incurs a 100% fee. Reservations made within 72 hours of the rental are final and cannot be changed. No-shows and uncancelled rentals are charged in full.
