Lee and his team have clearly mastered the art of making e-bike rentals effortless and fun. Reviewers consistently praise how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is, whether you're a first-timer or experienced cyclist. They take time to thoroughly explain the bikes, provide helpful maps and route suggestions, and ensure everyone feels confident before heading out. The online reservation system works smoothly, and bikes are often waiting outside when customers arrive. The equipment itself gets stellar marks. The e-bikes are well-maintained, come fully charged, and perform reliably on longer rides. Multiple visitors mention covering 20-30 miles with plenty of battery to spare. The Leelanau Trail route takes riders through gorgeous scenery including orchards, vineyards, and stops at wineries and restaurants between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Several reviewers highlight that the e-bikes make what could be challenging distances accessible for all fitness levels. This veteran-owned business has people coming back for repeat rentals and raving about it as a trip highlight.
Highly recommend! Our family (teens and adults) easily completed the bike trail from Sutton’s Bay to Traverse City and back (~37 scenic miles in ~4.5 hrs with multiple stops). Well-maintained paved path with several winery stops along the way. Rolling hills, meadows, wildflowers, vineyards, orchards, beautiful farms and rustic barns, wooded areas, creeks, and a wood bridge over the road. 10/10 experience. We had a fantastic day!
