- ATV drivers must be 16+ with a driver's license and prior experience
- Drivers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- UTV drivers must have at least one passenger
- UTV passengers must ride with a driver; children ages 6–12 must ride with a driver age 18+
- Wear the provided helmet, as required by Alaska law

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before your tour for a full refund. Cancel 15-30 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather or safety-related cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund at the operator's discretion.
