- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start for check-in and a safety briefing. After the 10-minute grace period, the entry door closes and late players cannot join

All bookings are final, with no cancellations or refunds. Arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period will be rescheduled with a fee not included in the listed price or cancelled without a refund. If a power outage makes the game unplayable, you'll be rescheduled for another day free of charge.
